1 — Service Scope

We provide brand identity, website and mobile app development, SaaS platform development and motion production. Project details are set out in individual proposals or agreements.

2 — Project Terms

Every project starts with a signed agreement and an agreed deposit. Changes to scope need written approval and may affect timeline and pricing.

3 — Intellectual Property

You own the final deliverables once paid in full. Celvon keeps its pre-existing tools and code, and may show completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

4 — Payment Structure

Fees are set out in each agreement. Final payment is due before delivery. Third-party costs such as licences, hosting or stock assets are billed separately.

5 — Timeline & Communication

Timelines are set in each agreement. We respond within one business day. Delays in client feedback or content may move delivery dates.

6 — Confidentiality

We keep client information strictly confidential and protect it with appropriate security measures. NDAs are available on request.

7 — Termination Rights

Either party may end a project with written notice. Work completed up to that point remains payable.

8 — Liability

Services are provided with care but without guarantees beyond those in your agreement. Liability is limited to fees paid. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
